Marking the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation
As of December 22, at the Typhlological Museum you can see an exhibition Marking the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation, the only higher education institution in the Republic of Croatia that organizes and conducts university study programs of speech therapy, educational rehabilitation, and social pedagogy and develops academic and research work in these areas. Throughout its history, the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation has changed its name, status, and address several times. Continuous work on raising the quality of educational programs has made the ERF one of the most desirable places to study. Today, about 900 students study at one of three undergraduate or three graduate study programs, a postgraduate specialist study, and two doctoral studies at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation. Furthermore, the Faculty promotes the inclusion and protection of human rights by raising public awareness of the position, needs, and rights of a growing number of marginalized groups in society.
