The ''Vision from the dark'' exhibition marks the tenth anniversary of the death of Franjo Tonković (1919-2000), the first blind doctor of science and university professor in Croatia.
Franjo Tonković was one of the founders of the Croatian Association of the Blind and a long-time professor at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences. Together with his wife Danica and several of his associates he created the Typhlological Museum, which expresses its immense gratitude with this exhibition.
